Bottled at cask strength with a nose full of citrus, peach and cedar to deliver a rich spice, apple and oak. Finished with notes of zesty orchard fruits and hints of pepper.

Appearance:
Antique scarlet.
Nose:
Rich, accent of toasted cedar, hint of peach.
Palate:
A bright open of vanilla and molasses, cedar and hazelnut notes with just a hint of baking spice and oak.
  • "A bright whiskey, heavy on vanilla, molasses and burnt sugar notes with just a hint of oak. At cask strength, it’s insistently drinkable, but with a few drops of water it really shows off. The finish was quite brief, but pleasantly warm with just a tiny bit of green apple tartness."
